How to add title and header to my new blog

  I just opened a new blog. It is NOT globallynomadicwoman.wordpress.com. It is called bunnysbirdwatching.wordpress.com. I was logged in at this new blog (which is just called “My Blog” on the page) when I went to “help” and posted this question. Now I seem to be logged in as globallynomadicwoman.wordpress.com, but my question is NOT about that blog. It’s about my NEW blog.

  My other (still-active) blog on wordpress has a title and a “header” (right term for subtitle?). I forget how to add a title and header to my blog.

  I have looked over answers to this question, and I can’t find an answer. Thanks!!

  Site titles (Blog Names) and optional Taglines located here > Settings > General can easily be changed at any time.

  This is the link to your theme description for the new blog. http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/wu-wei/
  Note it states: Header image is 700 in width and 144 in height.
