How to add Twitter cards?

  Hi,

  I would like to enable Twitter cards and Google Authorship on my blog. When I try to add Twitter cards metadata, WordPress strips it out of the post.

  Is it possible to enable metadata so I can add Twitter cards?

  I also would like to have Google Authorship enabled for my site (DIFFERENT from Google Webmaster Tools!), they use HTML that WordPress strips from my blog.

  Hi there – It’s not possible to edit your site’s metadata, but we set meta tags for you for each post and you should see a Twitter card when you share a post with an image or gallery.

  Thanks! While I wish I was able to edit descriptions and other metadata, that information helped me.
