how to add URLS to my page

I need to add several urls to my wordpress so customers who are clicking my website can see all the referrals .
Do I use blogs or pages? and what is the navigation to do that

I need to continue to add urls to my wordpress myself, the developer gave up the task and left my site: http://www.dentaloutreachco.com for another paid better job. I believe this is a static site page.
Do I use blogs or pages? and what is the navigation to do that, if I learn to do one I can do all of them

After reading the difference between .com and .org is it possible to turn my site to .com and pay a host like bluehost?
If that is possible then can I do the links in question myself?

If you own the domain name, http://www.dentaloutreachco.com, you can transfer it here and manage your site and domain all in one place.You can read through the plans and then this link,

and then decide if that’s what you would like to do.By the sounds of it, it sounds like a good option for you.
