How to add vertical scroll bar to one widget like recent comments or categories?

  My wp blog is at http://www.heartscontentofamama.com

  I just wanted to add vertical scroll bar to one or two specific widgets that are installed already in wordpress. They are not text widgets though. Categories and blogrolls are quite long widgets. So i need a vertical scroll bar. Hope somebody can help me.
