How to add white background header for “The Stars” theme

  Hi guys, having a lot of trouble trying to get a working white background block for “The stars” theme. I’ve been trying for days but i can’t get it to work.

  I don’t have it up on my blog now, as i am managing a site that isn’t mine and gets quite a lot of hits, so the owner doesn’t want me to mess up the format unless ive got the template perfect.

  i need a white background where the logo “The stars” is, and all the #headers i tried online don’t work. The site i’m managing is http://www.theurbanwire.com, and i’m trying to get a similar white header background like that.
