How to add widget in the header?

The Lodestar theme has optional sidebar and footer widget areas, but no header widget area. So you can’t add a widget to the header area on that theme. You could include the Follow Blog Widget in the footer widget area, and provide a link to the top of the footer widget area as described by @Justpi here (in post 1500840), in the forum topic What is the direct URL for my footer.

To add to what musicdoc said, since you have the Business plan, you would be able to add a widget to your header via a child theme. This requires being comfortable with some PHP, HTML, and CSS.
Making a child theme means your changes won’t be overwritten when you update the theme. If you’re new to child themes, you can explore these guides:
