How to add widgets in a unique paid domain on WP?

    People, please help me out. My company has just started shifted their corporate blog to paid wp and got a unique URL, but I am not able to understand how to add widgets to it, which is simpler in case of example.wordpress.com blogs.
    We want the usual widgets like Facebook & Twitter bookmark on every post, Flickr or Facebook gallery, RSS/Email subscriptions etc.

    Please do tell me.

    If your company blog is on a self-hosted wordpress.ORG installation, I’m afraid you will not find much help here, since this is the forum for blogs hosted on wordpress.COM, you need to ask here: http://wordpress.org/support/
