how to add widgets not showing up?

  I am using tnnblank and I don’t seem to have all widgets..I’m specficially looking for gravatar and subscribe.
  How would I got about trying to have these added to the template?

  That blog is a WordPress.org powered blog, and those widgets and this forum are for WordPress.com blogs.
