How to add widgets to website

  I am totally new to WP.
  i have installed a image gallery plugin. How do I work on that gallery ( RIGWLB ) and how do I add a link of it on to the website
  Also how to create links for other plugins that I need to use for the website.

  Pl. suggest.

  If you are using plugins, you need to be over at WordPress.ORG instead. Here at WordPress.COM we can’t use plugins and our answers won’t apply to you
