How to add wordpress feed to my website?
-
Greetings,
I was wondering where I find the feed info for my blog so I can add the blog to my website. This way, every time the blog is updated, it will automatically update on our website.
I managed to figure out how to do it with our blogger.com account, however, we have moved on to greater things and now use word press :)
the feed from blogger.com is: RSS 2.0: http://anchorfence.blogspot.com/feeds/posts/default?alt=rss
I APOLOGIZE IF POSTING THAT FEED IS AGAINST THE RULES. I AM SIMPLY USING IT AS AN EXAMPLE OF WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR WITH WORDPRESS…
Thank you in advance for the response
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

There’s actually a new widget that makes it easier see here –> http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/rss-links-widget/

http://www.anchorfenceonline.com/ isn’t a wordpress.com blog. If you have one here, please give us the URL.
Also, staff have requested that if your blog here is just a duplicate of material elsewhere, that you set it as private. Presumably that would apply to RSS-fed material as well, but you’d have to ask staff directly to ask.
By the way, contrary to much second-rate “social media guru” advice, this is TERRIBLE for your SEO. Search engines detest duplicated material. You’re far better off simply linking to your blog from your website.

It doesn’t look like a duplicateAnd I don’t see anywhere on his other site linking to it (which would also be bad).

If he’s going to feed the contents into another site, then that would be a duplicate. Linking to it is NOT bad; it’s the recommended way to do this.
