  Jetpack allows the related posts function and has easy to follow instructions for enabling it:

  You can enable Related Posts at My Site ->Settings ->Traffic. More info here:

  Please don’t refer WordPress.com users to Jetpack or any other plugin for the WordPress.org software to enable a feature built into WordPress.com.

  Jetpack is used to add WordPress.com features to self-hosted sites. There is no reason anyone already on WordPress.com would need to install Jetpack, as everything in Jetpack is already part of WordPress.com.
