How to add yoxview jquery image viewer?

  hello from israel,
  my fellow members back from our forums in israel couldnt figure out this so we try to move it along to this forum.
  can i add yoxview plugin to costume css in the wordpress site? meaning not do it myself but rather implement the code in my blogcostume css itselg

  Sorry, plugins are not allowed at wordpress.COM for security reasons. Plugins are for self-hosted wordpress sites using the software from wordpress.ORG.

  The difference between wordpress.com and wordpress.org.
