How to add/insert pictures

  I have been attempting to add picture files and I can not add a picture to the written data I have. I want to post pictures next to the data to give clarity to what I am written about. Can someone give clarity to what I am trying to do and how to do this? Thanks

  Are you the owner/admin of the site? What happens when you click the “Insert Content” button in the post editor (the + in a circle next to “paragraph”)??

  thanks for the reply.
  It asks me for a url link.
  I thought the file button would allow a photo to be brought in. It wants a web link only. Ah the circle + opens THANK YOU!!!
