How to allow coments?

  Dear friends,
  I want people to add comments to the posts but can’t figure out how . I have tried to find – Allow comments – but I didn´t. Please tell my how. My blog is lectorwall.wordpress.

  By default comments on pages and posts in all WordPress blogs are open. You changed that.

  You can enable and disable comments on free hosted WordPress.com blogs on this page > Settings > Discussion
  Discussion settings is where you set up defaults for comments.

  You can also override the default settings and enable or disable future comments on any individual post or page.
