How to allow guest write post question/answer questions on my blog

  I signed up for wordpress.com and created a blog which its hosted through wordpress. I reviewed the different options under dashboard, etc. The reason why I created this blog is to carry on discussion with fellow classmates. Although, I’m the administrator it is important my classmates can post on the blog and comment, etc without restrictions. I found another site that recommended the following: https://www.workerslab.com/wordpress-plugin/guest-posts-pro

  Since, its an important assignment we’re willing to pay but if anyone can guarantee me that its compatible with wordpress.com blog I would appreciate it.

  You actually can’t use any plugins on wordpress.com, but I think you could achieve your goal by switching to the p2 theme.

  The site that recommended the plugin was assuming your blog was a self-hosted WordPress.org install. Here’s the difference: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  I guess I should have asked–do you know how to switch your theme and add your classmates as members of your blog?
