How to allow people to share a post to facebook?

  Hey i was wondering if it was possible to have an option to allow people to share a post that i have made on my blog to their facebook, twitter, digit etc. If so how can i add this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Getsocial has just updated: it’s what I use when I’m on my Windows machine. Since I started, my hits went up a third.
