How to allow public to upload images?

  Hello, I’m new here. Is there any way to allow public to upload images? I searched on google, did not found anything for wordpress.COM… :'( this is my blog.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  No, they cannot post images. They can send you links to images in comments, then you (as administrator) can put them into the comment.
