How to allow users to register themselves to my blog?

I would like users to register themselves on my blog so they can contribute as authors. I can’t find the option to allow them registering. Please help. Thanks.

There is no such register yourself process. You have to issue invitations and they must accept them. You are limited to sending out 10 invitations at any one time as a spammer prevention.
