How to? Android: Pass IMG URL to Add Media

    I often will go on the road and use my Android tablet for some post creation. We also have an image server that I can access that has a slew of images and others are taken from licensing sites.

    On the PC it’s easy to just use a URL to upload an image to a post. On Android I cannot find a way to do it. When you click Add Media, it brings up a dialogue that offers various options like Camera and Documents. If I choose Documents, I can select files on the tablet or on Dropbox, etc. However, there seems to be no way to just feed the system a URL and have that work. There is an Android App called Open URL which nearly does exactly what I’m looking for, except that it doesn’t actually work.

    Does anyone know how to get around this without the annoyance of downloading the picture to the tablet and then uploading it to the site?
