How to apply pro-rated credits

    Hi, I want to upgrade my plan and to play only the difference between what I’ve already paid and a cost of the new plan. In that case, how can I apply pro-rated credits that I have? Or does it automatically counts during the payment process? (when it’s time for checkout On the total I see full price, not the difference that I want to pay). Thank you!

    Hey Supernovia,

    I am having the same problem/issue. I purchased premium a couple days ago and want to upgrade to business. When I am in the plans section it says I have $96.00 of pro-rated credits available from my current plan. However, when I go to upgrade to business, the total cost says $204. I am not sure if the $96.00 of pro rated credit should already be taken off when I click upgrade or when I click “Pay $204” it will take it off after. Any help would be nice, Thank you!

    Hi @patw01

    The amount you see is correct. The yearly Business plan costs $300, as you can see here. The system takes into account the $96 you already paid for Premium, so you’re being charged the remaining amount, $204, to upgrade to the $300/year Business plan.
