How to apply the html code for Reftagger to my blog?

  I have the html code for Reftagger, an application that shows Scriptures when you hover over a Scripture reference. It is designed to work with blogs and websites. Instructions say to insert it in the footer of the website. Thank you for your help.

  Unfortunately, theme templates cannot be modified at WordPress.com, and I can’t find a way to actually add it to anything here.
