How to approve other author’s posts?

  I am starting a review blog for a temple. The devotees of that temple will register in our blog and post their experience and feedback. But the admin of the blog deos not want their devotees posts to appear directly.

  He needs to approve it before it would be published.
  Is there a plug-in available for this purpose. If there is anyother way possible please let us know.

  We can’t use plugins on WordPress.com blogs; we have widgets instead which are pre-installed on all blogs. If you see a new one you’d like to see implemented, you can always email support to suggest it. :)

  There are different roles on WP blogs which the admin can assign to different users. I think the one you want for them is Contributor; it allows someone to write post, but it has to be submitted for view before it’ll be published. The admin can change user settings in Dashboard > Users > Authors & Users.
