How to auto import Local Events to Website (No coding)

  Hi, I am creating a website and a very important feature would be a display of all upcoming events in Westchester County, such as the events that show on Google when I type “Events in Westchester County”, and I am trying to figure out how can I automatically import these public events to my website. I tried the company The Events Calendar, but I would have to type a calendar url which would not work since the calendars are not mine/I don’t have that, and even if I did I would have to go one by one. It’s not much about being specific events from Google, but I wanted it to auto-import events that you can find online that are public. An example would be this website which has local events (not created by the website owner, but populated by the local community): https://www.gosoin.com/things-to-do/events/

  Is there a way to do that here on my WordPress website? And if yes, does anyone knows how it can be done? Lastly, can it be done without knowing coding at all?

  Many thanks for reaching out and thank you for providing such details of your needs!

  The Events Calendar is quite a comprehensive piece of kit, and they do have an add-on whereby users can submit their own events: https://theeventscalendar.com/products/community-events/

  but I wanted it to auto-import events that you can find online that are public.

  So this depends of the sources of the events of where they’re being published. For example, you would be looking to import these via an RSS feed, or similar, and that’s if there’s a an RSS to hook into.

  The reason being is that you would want to avoid duplication of content, which search engines frown upon.

  Where are these events being published exactly? Are you able to provide some examples.

  Is there a way to do that here on my WordPress website?
