How to auto limit post at first page

  Hi All,
  Whenever I post, I always put and check box “post at first page”. And after a few posts, my site admin, logout page automatically move down and my page become urgely. How can I command so that after a few posts at first page automitacially move to next page to or catagories…

  Now alright as I deleted some of my post and now I can see with my post and Admin, Catagories page together.

  After adding a few post, right side (right column) automatically disappeared at first page and it can be seen only when I click “next page” which is end of first page..

  But note that checking “post at first page” is not correct. It’s not something you HAVE to do for each and every post. Its function is to stick ONE post permanently to the top of your front page. You must go to your post editor and uncheck the sticky option for all posts, because with this option selected your front page won’t have the right number of posts and won’t have them in the right order.
