how to automate diff passw to multiple users

    Hello,

    i now this exists but can’t seem to find it, this is about existing blogs so MU will not work as i understood

    If you have any advice, thanks a lot in advance

    for a membership site i need to be able to grant and later deny access to multiple users to a few hunderd blogs

    example

    user A has access to all the different blogs with username A and password donut
    user B has access to all the different blogs with username B and password homer
    user C has access to all the different blogs with username C and password simpson
    /…

    so i need a script/software that can generate a password for each individual user but that is the same for all the blogs

    it must be easy to add and remove blogs
    it must be easy to add and remove users/passwords

    users have limited access to the blogs

    must be easy to manage as it will be used daily

    Are you asking for something that works in WordPress.com, or a WordPress MU install of your own? Because we can only really answer questions relating to the first case here.

    Hi
    it is not about WP MU. I only have regular wordpress blogs.
    I just mentioned MU because lots of people have been pointing me over there.

    Hack to point you elsewhere again but regular wordpress would be supported over at http://wordpress.org These forums here are for the blogs hosted here at wp.com as we’re running the multiuser version of wp and wouldn’t have access to the files to run scripts or change the php files.
