How To: Automatically add daily list of external blog titles

  I have a blog (http://urbansquirrel.wordpress.com/). Once a day, or once a week, I would like to add links to external blogs and what they posted that day. For example, I would pull the latest blog post titles from 5 or 6 of my favorite blogs to tell everyone reading my blog what is going on in other peoples worlds.

  A) Is this legal?

  B) Is this possible? I would imagine it would be somehow parsing the RSS feed to just show the titles of the pages and their URL’s. Is there a widget out there that will do that? Or someone with programming knowledge of how to do that?
