How to automatically add images to my posts, shared in social media?

  Now, my header image is automatically added to my posts, which are shared by other Facebook users, for example. How to override this setting? I want to automatically insert custom images from my posts, not my default header image.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
