how to avoid a page reload (with sample)

    Hello,

    I visited the H&M fashion store.

    Navigate to Men -> Jeans -> View all.

    After I cut off the internet connection, I navigate to … Jeans -> Slim.

    The store only reloads content within the right main page, not the header, footer or sidebar.

    To speed up WP, I want this function in my WP blog. How is it possible?
