How to avoid PHP for database integration

I have database on GoDaddy server and what i need to do is to integrate with my database with my wordpress site without using any PHP script. For example i have one contact form, I want to fetch the data from their and store that data into my database which is on goDaddy by avoid PHP script completely. Is is possible? Do any plugin available their for this task? Please assist me. Thank you

It appears that your website uses the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com, which is what this forum is designed to help with. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
