Hi, I received an email about my renewal for Christinegermain.net.
I know I paid less for my http://www.motionexploration.com website. Can I get the same rate for the christinegermain.net website? What do I need to change in order to do that?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

thank you for your reply, so just to make sure I understand this right, the renewal will be free then? It asked in a previous email to renew motion exploration.com for $18 a month, which is fine, but another email came and said that it would cost $99 to renew christinegermain.net
I don’t think I can afford this. I want to know what my options are.Thank you,

The renewal won’t be free, but renewing only your domain with the private registration will be $26.
The $99 charge would be to renew all of the upgrades I listed above.

Ol so does the $26 include personal renewal for christinegermain.net as well as motionexploration.com? What’s the $18 they asked for then? And can you tell me if what I’m using so far is more than the 10G included? Since I’m using it as a website and not a blog.

$26 is only the renewal for christinegermain.net. You’ll need to renew motionexploration.com separately.
You can check how much space you’re using by going to the Media Library. There’s a little notice at the top of your window there. It looks like you’re currently using 8.2MB of space, so you don’t need the space upgrade unless you upload audio files.

I really wish I could speak with someone on the phone. I don’t know where you got the $26, the only option they gave me is $99 and they say that my christinegermain.net will disappear if I don’t renew with this amount.

We don’t have phone support, but I’m sure we can straighten this out.
I’m sorry if I was unclear. I can remove the Premium upgrade while leaving the Domain Upgrade on your account, so that you can renew just the domain christinegermain.net without the rest of the upgrades I listed above. When I do this, the domain renewal will cost $26.
Is that more clear? Let me know if you’d like me to remove the Premium upgrade so that you can renew just the domain.

Ok, yes, that would be great. Thank you. So if I understand correctly my website will remain the same. Now one more question, I don’t think I had the option to purchase my website at a lower rate than $99 at first, had I misunderstood there as well and paid too much for the 1st year?

You can always purchase just a domain through both the Store and the Store > My Domains sections of your dashboard.
I’ve removed the WordPress.com Premium upgrade from your account. You can now renew just your domain through your dashboard at Store > My Upgrades.
