How to back date my posts

    having published posts I need to back date most of them as they happened in the past. I have tried using the most current layout of free wordpress site but no luck please can someone help?

    Hi there, It’s possible to back date posts through the Schedule module in the Post Editor. Here’s how you do that: https://en.support.wordpress.com/schedule-a-post/

    Something to consider: if you have already published those posts you want to back date, changing the date on them will create “404-Not Found” errors for anyone coming to your site through search engine results or even a Recent Posts widget in your site sidebar.
