How to Backup and Restore Widgets?

    i am new to work with wordpress. i want to replicate completely my blog from one website to a second website. i am doing the following steps

    1-upload the wordpress directory from the first server to the second one
    2-dump the database from first server to second server
    3-modify the website url in to the database to the new website url
    4-make changes in configuration file regarding database

    i am unable to migrate widgets from one hosting to other hosting totally fail and fed up now
    site posts are not working
    Warning: array_keys() [function.array-keys]: The first argument should be an array in /home/brain/public_html/ks/wp-includes/widgets.php
    get this error warning.

    please if some one has experience this problem guide me in detail. i shall be highly thankful
