How to backup my wordpress.com website?

I want to backup my wordpress.com website.

Many websites say use FTP software to copy your files to your local PC and use phpAdmin to backup your database.

How can I know my website ip address? Or where can I get the information about my website, eg. IP address, or my directories in the server.

I don’t know how to get these information but I have to backup my wordpress website.

    Hi there!

Your website clubgeeseusa.com is already being backed up daily by Jetpack Backup.

If you are looking for the latest backup, you can click Jetpack → Backup in your WordPress.com dashboard. The Jetpack Backup will display the most recent backup and two buttons.

    • Download backup – this option allows you to download a copy of your site. This backup can only be used on a self-hosted WordPress site or local install. If you want to restore your WordPress.com site to its previous state, you’ll want to use the second option.
    • Restore to this point – this option will restore your site to the backup created on the date selected.

You will also have the option to go back to a previous date’s backup using the navigation options at the top of the screen.

In the future, since you have a Business plan, you have access to priority email and live chat support. You can access this priority support from your account page, where you can get help more quickly than by posting in the free public support forums.

    I hope that helps!
