How to become a mod/key master??

  Hey,
  I was wondering how you become a mod or a key master on these forums. If anybody has any answers, that would be awesome.

  You would need to be a grown up and have some formal training or education. :-D)))

  I don’t know about the formal education: hell, the company founder’s hardly old enough to be a graduate! What you would need is many, many useful contributions to the forum; that could get you Moderator status. I’m talking THOUSANDS. To get Key Master status, you have to be actual staff that works for WordPress or the parent company Automattic.

  oh jeez, there ARE kinda young guys that are key masters and mods, I rlly gotta realize that… and besides, i am kinda new to the forums, but i’ve solved like 5 peoples’ problems. ive replied like 20 times, but i only started like 3 threads. they were questions that were mysterious to me, lol. Huh, Thousands? Like i would accomplish that in less than 2 years, forget it. Thanks evryone!

  yes. when you think about it kinda deeply, it’s not funny. but wow, THOUSANDS??? i’ll just stick to being a member and let the pros do it.
