How to become an expert in wordpress

    Hello,
    I make wordpress websites , but they look ‘OK’ but some final touches are missing always like maybe color doesn’t good, some unwanted boxes, widgets etc I can’t remove in some themes.
    So I thought why not I start from the basics to become a wordpress expert.
    What things do I need to learn to become a wordpress expert.
    Programming and coding languages like C, JAVA, .net, or stuff like HTML, CSS, JQUERY , PHP. etc and many more.
