how to being author and creating theme in wordpress.com

I am an author in Themeforest.net for 5 years and creating WordPress themes.now i want to put my themes in WordPress.com.
what should i do and how to being your theme author? -
To the best of my knowledge, WordPressdotcom stopped accepting public submissions for Premium themes https://theme.wordpress.com/join/ (You can read a bit of the backstory on WPTavern http://wptavern.com/wordpress-com-suspends-theme-submissions-from-new-sellers )
Regardless I’ve tagged this for Staff input and update. Please be patient while waiting for their response.
