How to block a certain site following my sites

  Hello, I asked this same yesterday, and I am not gonna stay online for a long time. I simply want to block one (or maybe more, in the future) site to follow my blog. How am I gonna do it? The site’s name is ‘Universo Japanese Music’ I read WordPress advice, but I cannot find a place to BLOCK. I already stopped myself following this site. But how to block this site?
