How To Block Abandoned Spam Carts

  I am being bombarded on a daily basis, with spam abandoned carts from Its in China. Up to over a 100 a day. I have tried to block this is WP Stop Spammers – Block List, but it does not work.

  Does anyone know how I can block this? Thanks
