How to block an individual

  is there a way to block specific emails/ people? I have one major spammer and two unsavory visitors I can’t get rid of.

  Take a look at the following. Do not use IP addresses because they are not unique anymore, and you can end up blocking a lot of others as well. Also, people can use a wireless hotspot, so IP address blocking really doesn’t work anymore.
