How to block avitars

    I recently had someone follow my blog whose avitar is a picture of bare naked full-frontal breasts and I do not wish to see this popping up on my site. Is there a way I can change my settings so that I do not see avitars at all? I already have my gravitar setting on G-rated only, but the breast picture still shows up. I don’t need to see avitars, so if there’s a way to just remove avitars all together, I’d prefer to just do that.
