how to block header and menu bar

    Hi everybody!!

    in the free version is it possible to block header image and menu bar?

    in the section: customize – background image I set a fixed background image, and actually the background image remains fixed.

    On the contrary the header image and the menu bar moving upward and disappear when I scroll down. Is it possible to block it?
