It’s just a test site to learn WorPress. It’s not published.
This forum editor is a good example of why it’s confusing. (other editors have simple Left, Center, Right icons for the text placement.)
Also how to edit a post after it’s been posed? thanks! -
@countquadula The editor in wp-admin removed justification buttons some time ago, but these tips should still work on your site.

If they don’t, show us where it’s giving you trouble and we’ll help you sort it out. Just send a link and we’ll go from there. Also, assuming the site is on our servers (because you are in the forums for WordPress.com, rather than forums for the free software) staff can see unpublished sites.

Also for more information on the justification for removing justification ;) have a look here:

@countquadula site admins can decide with a plugin or some other feature. We manage the sites here on our servers, and we have a justification button in our editor.
Going forward, are you working with a site that is here on our servers? If not, these other forums will be more applicable for you:

Ok, thanks for the info. “DesktopServer” is being used to test design the site before publishing. I’ve never used the WordPress editor, and did not realize justifying text would take this much investigation.
So if the website is published on WordPress servers an WordPress Admin can Right Justify a theme’s text? -
If you’re using DesktopServer, the site isn’t hosted on our servers… it’s your own installation on your own server. So we wouldn’t be administrators, and you’ll want to use the more relevant forums over at https://wordpress.org/support
