  At this time, we do not have a way to block followers except to make the site private: https://wordpress.com/support/settings/privacy-settings/

  Even if we could, as long as the site is still public, they could simply read the site on their own.

  Thanks, but let’s say a hate-group follows your WordPress page. Won’t others see that and assume you’re associated with that group or person?

  If that hate group has a WordPress.com site, please report them via either https://wordpress.com/support/report-blogs/ or https://wordpress.com/abuse/
