How to blog in URDU?

How can i write my blog in URDU? I can`t find any option in the admin panel of the blog.

scroll down to Language and choose ur from the drop-down menu
click “update options” to save -
From your Dashboard, click the Options link. On the General tab, choose “ur – …” as your language. Then click Update Options.
You can compose your entries in any language since WP uses UTF-8 character encoding.

WOAH! I thought I had posted and answered and then I saw a different name up on the forum so I returned. Obviously abby and I were typing simultaneously and he didn’t choose to delete his entry that duplicated mine. :)

ve already changed the language settings. But still i cant find the editor to write posts in my language. -
Of course I didn’t choose to delete it. It contained specific instructions. Do you have a problem with that?
