How to bring my free worpress.com site to my just bought .org

    Did my free site wordpress.com (arvaliacristiana.wordpress.com, still on development).
    Then I bought two domains: arvaliacristiana.com and arvaliacristiana.org from the wordpress site.

    Now I want to bring the wordpress site on arvaliacristiana.org but the procedure is a little obscure for me.

    In My Sites->upgrades->domains, I cannot modify my main domain (arvaliacristiana.wordpress.com) with arvaliacristiana.org (the button ‘modify my main domain’, on the right, is in grey).

    If I go on arvaliacristiana.org and try to transfer arvaliacristiana.wordpress.com to arvaliacristiana.org

    this advise pop up:

    I don’t have a paid plan?

    What I have to do to have my wordpress.com site on my .org domain?

    Hi there,

    To transfer the domain arvaliacristiana.org to arvaliacristiana.wordpress.com you need to follow these instructions:

    https://wordpress.com/support/move-domain/transfer-a-domain-to-another-wordpress-com-account/#transfer-domain-to-another-site-you-own

    Please note that without a plan the domain will only redirect to the free .wordpress.com. If you want to make your domain your site’s primary address you’ll need to upgrade to a paid plan.
