how to bring the Design link in the dashboard

  The Design option is not present my blog dashboard how should i bring it back.

  It’s under settings. The Settings link is on the far right side of your admin dashboard.

  Opps. Too quick to hit the submit button. Design should be on the main page of your dashboard.

  * Upgrades

  my blog is only have 4 links
  write
  manage
  comment
  upgrades
  — without design

  and on the right side
  just ‘profile’ link…
  i couldn’t find my ‘setting’ link

  My guess is that you don’t have administrative access for your blog. Did someone invite you to blog on their blog or did you create your own?
