How to bulk move Live Spaces posts to WordPress?

Hello! I am looking for any point and click solution (no python programming please) to migrate my posts from Microsoft Live Spaces to WordPress. Any hints are highly appreciated?

And if that doesn’t have a specific answer for you (ie if Live Spaces doesn’t provide an export tool) then you can always try and import as XML, although you may need staff assistance to make it work.

I tried all of these mentioned. Nothing works L. I have some kind of XML at http://cid-d1ed809f4ffa9136.users.api.live.net/Users(-3319855928572210890)/Main?$format=rss20 but have no idea where to point at WordPress’s side?
Googling on the topic gives some writings about WordPress possibility to import RSS but I failed to find this option.

Just amazing how simple things could be eggheaded. Not easy guess MT is equal to RSS in this context J Anyway it doesn’t work in my case. Will go to support people. Thank you everybody! mk
