How to buy back domain that was bought in a paid plan and was later cancelled?

Hi,
I chose a free domain that was included in my paid plan but I later decided to opt out of that plan. I was within the refund period and got my refund successfully. During the plan cancellation process, Worpress asked if I would like to retain the rights to the domain for a fee. I chose not to keep it because I didn’t like the domain name at that time.
I have changed my mind now and would like to keep the domain name but don’t know how to buy it back.

You just have to wait untill a Staff member is available. When a domain registration expires or is cancelled, recovering it can be difficult and expensive – https://wordpress.com/support/domains/domain-expiration/

I understand that you’d like to keep the domain you previously canceled. Since we’ve already processed a refund for the domain registration, we’ll send a payment link to the email address we have on file. Once the payment is completed, we can proceed with reinstating the domain.
