  I am trying to cancel my pre paid account as I find it too difficult to even get stated with my website. How ever, it appears it is impossible to get ahold of wordpress unless you UPOGRADE!

  If you have a paid plan at WordPress.com then you already have an upgrade and can reach staff via email and Livechat. Are you logged in to the correct account that purchased the plan? What is the full address of your site?

  @beccalavin1 I don’t see any sites under your account, what’s the address of the site in question?
