how to cancel?

    I’m starting to create a domain but I don’t want to pay a full year without having the ability to cancel if necessary- is there a 30-day period before which I can cancel? Or anytime?

    Hello!

    We have a 30-day refund policy for our Premium and Business upgrades. This means you can cancel for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. However if you register a custom domain you only have 48 in which to cancel the domain for a full refund. I recommend trying out Premium without registering a domain until you’re sure. You don’t have to register the domain right after upgrading to Premium as you can use Premium on this site – https://hasbarafellowshipscanada.wordpress.com – without a custom domain for as long as you want.
